In addition to Misters Lund and Randall, the following people have agreed to serve on the Investment Committee.  We anticipate having at least 9 people on Investment Committee 2.


Brad Dickson

Brad Dickson is an active angel and social impact investor.   He is managing director of B-Rad Industries, LLC, a family investment company with a mission to help de-risk social entrepreneurship and technology based start-ups here in the State of Utah.   He is a member of the executive committee of the Park City Angels network.    Brad is also actively involved with local Utah non-profit leadership.   He is board chair of PandoLabs, Inc.; a member of the board of the Community Foundation of Utah; a founding member of the Purpose Investment Network; and a member of the board of Summit Community Power Works.  Brad had a 37-year career with Dresser-Rand Company (NYSE: DRC prior to it being acquired by Siemens).  He served in C-level leadership roles including executive officer on their worldwide new equipment business and chief marketing officer.  He was a member of their disclosure committee, member of their benefit and investment committee and a board director, finance committee, compensation committee member of various technology and engineering firms on behalf of Dresser-Rand.  Brad graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in engineering and received his MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.


Lewis Hower

Lewis Hower is currently an independent consultant.  Lewis previously was Chief Product Officer and Investment Committee member of Village Capital and VilCap Investments, a leading global firm that finds, trains, and invests in entrepreneurs solving real-world problems. Prior to this role Lewis was the Director of Investments and Operations of Community Investment Management (CIM), a leading impact investment asset manager focused on U.S. small business growth. Prior to joining Community Investment Management, Mr. Hower was the Founding Executive Director of the Sorenson Global Impact Investing (SGII) Center at the University of Utah. During his time the SGII Center facilitated over $75 million in impact investments that have received approximately $300 million in follow-on financing. Mr. Hower began his impact investing career with the Unitus Investment Group where he worked in operations, investment, fund formation for broad range of innovative for-profit approaches to solving some of the world’s most profound social challenges. Lewis holds a B.S.E. in Bioengineering from Arizona State University.
